Merry maids

We cover the Workers' Compensation Insurance, so if our maids have any accidents at your home, we will have the Workers' Compensation to cover the medical expenses of our maids. Our customers do not have to worry about it.

There is no need to worry that your house may not be cleaned just the way you want it to be. If you are not at home when our maids perform our regular cleaning service, you will be protected by our 24-hours' satisfaction guarantee. We promise to correct it by returning at the earliest possible moment, without a bit of hassle. This guarantee is not suitable for Hourly Plan Subscribers.

We do keep keys for our customers. So you do not need to wait at your home for the cleaning and kill time with our cleaners. When you entrust us with your house key, we use a proven lockbox system to safeguard the security of your home. This service is not suitable for the Hourly Plan Subscribers.

We carefully screen potential employees and check references, and we select the qualified applicants who enjoy cleaning. We appreciate the trust you have in Merry Maids by allowing us to work in your home, so we choose our employees with the same care you're taking in choosing a house cleaning service.

Merry Maids only employs legal workers who are Hong Kong residents. At Merry Maids, we take the time for a thorough training program. Each teammate is trained by an experienced supervisor in the techniques and quality cleaning standards of Merry Maids. We use the most complete video training library in the industry and work side-by-side with each trainee until they have mastered every skill necessary to provide the quality cleaning we demand.

Of course, we're very careful with your belongings, but it is good to know you are protected against loss and/or breakage that may occur while we clean your home. This compensation is not suitable for the Hourly Plan Subscribers.
